College Board PSAT/NMSQT

 
 
On Test Day:
  • all students taking the PSAT/NMSQT must have a valid school- or government-issued photo ID 
  • two #2 pencils with erasers or they will not be admitted
  • 4-function calculator is also recommended
  • Students may also bring water and a snack
  • Please see PSAT Test Day Checklist for what to bring and what not to bring

There are many ways for students to prepare for the SAT:

  • College Board provides free PSAT practice tests on their website here which can be scored at home. Get to know what the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, and PSAT 10 will be like by practicing with the sample questions provided on the College Board’s website here.

  • Khan Academy® provides free, individualized practice with thousands of questions approved by the College Board, eight official SAT practice tests, and personalized study plans based on your results so that students can prepare at their own pace. It is Interactive with videos, lessons, and hints plus study and test-taking tips and strategies. Students receive immediate and constant feedback on progress.
