All students have a right to be in a public school learning environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and intimidation. As a district, we value inclusivity and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all students and families, as well as the unique perspectives and experiences they bring to our schools.

We are committed to following the law and providing all students equal access to free public education, regardless of the immigration status of the student or their parents/guardians. Our staff follow Board Policies 5125 and 1250, as well as Administrative Regulations 5145.13 and 1250, to uphold this fundamental right.
