Frameworks are blueprints for implementing the content standards adopted by the California State Board of Education and are developed by the Curriculum Development and Supplemental Materials Commission.
The Curriculum Development and Supplemental Materials Commission, commonly called the Curriculum Commission (CC), is an advisory body to the California State Board of Education (SBE) on curriculum and instructional materials in accordance with Education Code Section 33530-33540.
