The District previously adopted Map 8 pursuant to Education Code 5019.5. Thereafter, the County exercised its plenary authority to draw the District map pursuant to Education Code 5019. Since the County has broad authority to draw the map by statute, the County map becomes the District map. The County map is shown below.
