To begin enrollment for this school year, follow these steps:
  1. School Site Locator and District Boundary Map - Search for your current residential address to identify your residential boundary middle school assignment.
  2. Gather Required Enrollment Documents and Information - English/Spanish -  Use this list to assist you with gathering all required documents and information before you begin your online enrollment session.  During your initial online enrollment session, you will have an opportunity to upload all Required Enrollment Documents and Information directly into the online enrollment system.  The Document Uploads feature is secure and optional.  It is designed to assist you with an efficient alternative to provide your entire enrollment packet to the school Registrar.  NOTE:  Once you have completed and submitted the online enrollment, you will not be able to re-login and use the Document Uploads feature at a later time.  All documents, that were not uploaded, must be provided to the school Registrar, as a complete packet, per the school Registrar’s instructions.  For support with uploading documents, please use Aeries Online Enrollment Document Uploads Guide (English and Spanish). For support with creating an online enrollment account or logging into an existing online enrollment account, please use the Aeries Online Enrollment Guide.
  3. Begin using Aeries Online EnrollmentPlease note: The Aeries Online Enrollment System is a separate platform from the Aeries Parent or Student Portal. To enroll any student, you must create an account through the Aeries Online Enrollment application. You will have the opportunity to add this new student to an existing Aeries Parent Portal account later after the enrollment has been processed by the school.
  4. If you have any enrollment questions, please contact your boundary school. After completing Aeries Online Pre-Enrollment, the final page is a confirmation/signature page and list of required supporting materials that will need to be printed, signed and submitted to the school as follows:
