SDUHSD Career Technical Education (CTE)
The SDUHSD CTE program encompases a series of high school level coursework that educates, inspires and prepares students for careers in the local labor industry. Courses are developed to mirror the needs of the local economy and introduce students to the instruction,techniques and skills that are necessary to pursue a career after high school graduation.
The SDUHSD CTE program includes 37 CTE courses, 17 pathways, 9 sectors and 32 UC approved courses. Additionally, 26 CTE courses across 4 high school campuses articulate with local community colleges where students have the opportunity to earn both high school credit and college credit for their CTE course(s).
