I am a native Southern California
girl who grew up in Pacific Beach. My family includes my
wonderful husband and three great children, Kate (26), Michael
(28) and Brandon (34). I am also the proud grandmother of
Anthony (7), and Luke and Kayla. (4 year old twins). I came to
Sunset as a parent volunteer when my oldest son was 16 and a
student at Sunset. The following year I became an employee of
the district and Sunset has been part of my family ever since.
I feel
honored to be part of a staff that supports one another through
thick and thin. Through the years, starting with my own son,
I’ve watched them help students get back on track with their
lives and go on to become productive, responsible adults. To
have been a part of this process has been a true blessing and I
can honestly say that I get up every morning and look forward to
coming to work!
